AI is the most powerful technology humanity has ever created — capable of enabling the greatest good or the greatest evil in history. It calls for the most human qualities: spiritual clarity, moral courage, and strategic wisdom.

The rainbow, drawn with AI detail, reflects the Biblical promise of Noah — a symbol that pre-dates rabbis, priests, and imams. It represents the manifestation that humanity will choose righteousness over wickedness, and it symbolized the shared thread across all faiths: not the name of God, but God’s nature — One Love.

The mountain evokes Mount Kailash, the sacred seat of Lord Shiva, the God of destruction. It also reflects the Holy Spirit’s power to renew the world, and the gay pink triangle, reperenting the Mount of God - all pointing to the transformative possiblity of this moment for AI to change the Earth, when it is wielded by balanced masculine and feminine wisdom.

The Leadership Impact Institute exists to apply AI ethically across society — from mental health and education to foster care, prison reform, and addiction recovery — and many others, amplifying humanity’s capacity to uplift one another.

Our vision is a world our ancestors dreamed of and our faith traditions promised: One Humanity on One Earth under One Love, powered by AI technology used for good.

This possibility is seen through the eyes of our founder: a One Love Christian Gay Father who believes the moment has come to build the future that was promised. He invites others who hear the call to help create it.

Who is Our Founder:
Dr Helmut Love?

Dr. Helmut Love is a creative change agent that has been inspiring and innovating business transformation his entire career.

An Eagle Scout and a Texas A&M Biomedical Engineer, he innovated the world’s first Radiology Cardiology PACS at General Electric which generated mega-millions.  Completing his Marketing MBA at Kellogg Northwestern, he built McKesson’s first web-based primary-care patient health record.  

Helmut led quarter and half billion portfolios at companies like Microsoft Nuance and IBM Watson where he became skilled at growth and turn-around.  His teams deployed a single healthcare database across Israel.  He evaluated AI and Blockchain investments and innovated a 2nd generation mental health assessment for primary care at a tech startup. 

In the pandemic, Helmut created The Gayly Dose, a show dedicated to elevating the gay community, Voted Atlanta Magazine #1 Podcast 2023, and The Gayly Impact, a nonprofit dedicated to the personal and financial development of all people, from the gay community.  In 2025 he ran for Mayor of Atlanta as a Democratic Republican, heralding a Responsible Capitalism driven by AI and business sense applied to social servcies that are outcome-driven.

A One Love Christian father to three nearly-grown daughters, Helmut passionately consults executive teams, leaders and business owners in whole-person, whole-team excellence, to unlock millions from their businesses.  He is here to break boxes and build humans!
